Welcome to the HOEM Portal! The HOEM Portal is your one-stop shop for everything related to HOEM. Students are welcome to check availability and book their room online. Current residents can also check their HOEM Accounts, find a proof of residency form, book resources and more!

Group Bookings

If you are a language school, co-op program, or another organization that needs to book multiple spaces for a group, please reach out to us directly at jarvis@hoem.ca and a member of our team will work with you to create a custom offering that meets your needs!
